EUROPEAN PROJECTS
The CONTIEMPO project funded by the European Commission ended officially on 30d September 2007. You may still read about the project achievements on the Contiempo website: www.contiempo.info
The TRINNODD “Transfer of innovation project” is a 2-year project (2008-2010) which aims at updating the previous TRIADD product www.triadd.lu and transferring practice knowledge about problems related to Dual Diagnosis to new target groups in Italy, Portugal, Spain and Romania. On the basis of needs assessments carried out in partner countries, on recent research findings and on TRIADD recommendations, partners developed innovative training modules in their respective countries. The modules will be delivered between November 2009 and February 2010. The training sessions will be an ongoing process, actively and personally involving trainees before and after sessions. The last phases of the project will be devoted to a specific long term evaluation of the modules and to the dissemination of the project results on local and European levels. A Final Dissemination Conference will be held in Sibiu, Romania, in September 2010. For more information on the project achievements so far and next steps, please visit www.trinnodd.eu.
The Grundtvig Partnership COMCADES has also reached its second phase. The aim of this project is to identify and formalize the specific competences of managers responsible for social services. On the basis of existing competence grids and inputs from partners, common competences were validated by focus groups. The objective is to highlight the competences that managers don’t master completely and suggest European training frames on these specific skills. The partners are: Apemh-Ufep (coordinator), IRTS de Lorraine (FR), Fenacerci (PT), Arfie (BE), Andicat (FR), Legacoop (IT), Cesvip (IT), Egca (Lu).
New Leonardo and Grundtvig projects will be submitted in the next Call for Proposals of the European Commission in early 2010. The themes will be Aging and Disability and the Evaluation of the Quality of Services. For further information and if you wish to become a partner in these projects, please contact us directly.
